The product must not be dirty, damaged, or perfumed, and the tag must not be removed from the piece. If the product arrives in any of the above conditions, it will be reshipped to the customer.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return or exchange, plus a return and exchange service fee of 65 SAR.

In case of a return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the order and verifying its integrity.

Seasonal items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Seasonal items include National Day, Foundation Day, and others.)
PIMAWEAR is not responsible for damage to the shipment during shipping. The customer should check the shipment before signing for it and refuse to receive it if it is damaged.
